ATV Four Play MGC II Long Travel A-Arms

 MGC SERIES A-ARMS (Maximum Ground Clearance) ^tm

CAD developed for the optimal shock to A arm motion ratio. This suspension component is seriously for motocross, cross country and desert racers. Whether it’s a rut, rock or a stump this design clearly has advantages over the normal conventional straight A arm and the “Gull Wing” design.

After the powder coating and or chrome is complete, our last step before packaging is reaming the delrin bushings. As simple as it may sound most other manufactures leave this part of the process out. After the Delrin bushings are pressed into the pivot tubes we run a reamer through the bushings. This opens the I.D eliminating the majority of the drag when you tighten you’re A arms on the frame, giving you the right flow they need for a smooth travel.

Please note the MGC GEN comes standard with a 3- piece, Teflon®/Kevlar® rod end for adjusting your own caster requirement.

Please note that currently the MGC Gen II is only available for the Honda 450R

The  MGC GEN II TRX450R arms must be used in conjunction with the Gen II Steering Stem, and TRX450R 2005 spindles. They are calibrated to work together for optimum performance.

2007 , John Natalie Jr. used  ATV Four Play's  Gen, II , TRX 450R MGC series A-arms , Gen. II steering stem.  He won the WPSA PRO 450  Championship.
